Air missile
Although similar to directional drilling, a directional drill is best suited for lengthy bores in a variety of soil conditions and missile boring is used for work sites that cannot accommodate a directional drill rig or there is congestion of underground utilities in the area.
Vacuum Excavation (Utility Potholing)
Underground utilities and obstacles present hazards for work crews. Digging without knowing the precise location of utility lines can be dangerous. Certain jobs may require the us of utility potholing.
